#5 • Antique Goofus Glass Bowl

Part of Giles Drive Personal Property Auction (timed auction by Linkous Auction Group)

High bid $35.00

Status: Sold

Colorful and collectible, this early 20th century Goofus glass bowl features raised floral patterns with red poppy blossoms and green leaves, accented in gold. The pressed glass has a scalloped edge and a starburst base, typical of carnival-era decorative glass. Hand-painted finish shows age-related wear, which is common for Goofus glass making this a charming example of early American decorative glass.
