Beretta 687 EELL Diamond Pigeon – King Ranch Special Edition – 12 Gauge Over/Under – Cased This Beretta 687 EELL Diamond Pigeon King Ranch Special Edition, serial number KR3078, is chambered in 12 gauge, 3-inch, and represents a unique collaboration between Beretta and King Ranch. Produced in 2007, this limited edition shotgun combines Beretta’s finest craftsmanship with Texas heritage, making it a highly desirable and collectible sporting arm. The shotgun features 28-inch barrels with bright, shiny bores and a ventilated rib. A single front bead sight is fitted, and the barrels retain their stunning dark bluing in like-new condition. Both barrels are threaded for screw-in chokes, and the shotgun comes with three additional choke tubes. Dual ejectors are strong and precise, and the barrels lock up tight to the receiver. The receiver is fully engraved with special King Ranch cowboy and western motifs, including detailed ranch scenes with a bull on one side and horses on the other. Both sides incorporate the King Ranch logo alongside “P. Beretta.” The underside is engraved “King Ranch” with its iconic running W logo, surrounded by matching scrollwork. These engravings are not machine-made but meticulously hand-carved and signed by master engraver Bottega D. Giovanelli, a name synonymous with the finest Italian engraving traditions. The level of detail and artistry is exceptional, befitting Beretta’s elite EELL grade. The tang-mounted safety and barrel selector function smoothly, and the finely checkered barrel release complements the design. The gold-colored single trigger and silvered trigger guard are both in excellent condition, the latter engraved with fine scrollwork. The walnut stock set is beautifully executed. The beavertail forearm is finely checkered, fitted with an engraved release lever, and detailed where it meets the receiver. The buttstock has a checkered pistol grip, a smooth oil finish that highlights the natural grain, and a black Beretta recoil pad. The length of pull measures 14.75 inches, and an additional black polymer Beretta buttplate is included. The stock remains in pristine condition, showing only the lightest handling evidence. This shotgun is housed in a hard Beretta King Ranch lockable case, lined and fitted for secure storage and transport. Also included are the original Beretta box, Orvis snap caps, gun tools, and accessories.
