Commercial kitchen food processor by Bricker featuring a cast aluminum hopper with a hinged cover and pusher lever arm, a stainless steel shredding disc with a pattern of cutting holes, and a stainless steel motor housing mounted on a sturdy metal frame. The side-mounted on/off switch and NSF label are still attached, and the rear of the housing has louvered vents for cooling. A yellow power cord with plug is included. Ideal for shredding cheese, cabbage, carrots, potatoes, onions, and other vegetables in high volume for restaurants, commercial kitchens, cafeterias, delis, catering operations, or pizzerias. Item shows signs of previous use, including scratches, discoloration, oxidation on the aluminum parts, and normal wear. Motor and switch operation have not been tested.
