CaptiveAire commercial stainless steel Type I kitchen exhaust hood with a full row of stainless steel baffle grease filters, built-in vapor-proof hood lights, and an integrated Ansul R-102 wet chemical fire suppression system with automatic release mechanism and discharge nozzles. The hood includes a stainless steel electrical control cabinet with separate switches for the hood lights and exhaust fan, along with the internal wiring, relays, and contactors. A wide capture area makes it well suited for cooking lines with griddles, fryers, ranges, and charbroilers. Rated for indoor use, with a lighting circuit and control circuit at 120 volts. Ideal for restaurants, cafeterias, catering operations, commissary kitchens, and church or school kitchens. Item shows signs of previous use, including scratches, discoloration, surface marks, rust and discoloration on the suppression piping, and normal wear.
